Polyurethane Acrylic Topcoat

Composition A two-component, room-temperature curing topcoat composed of a specially formulated hydroxy acrylic resin as the base, non-yellowing trimeric isocyanate curing agent, pigments, fillers, solvents, additives, etc.

Main Characteristics The paint film is tough, with excellent fullness and high gloss, providing good decorative and protective properties;

It exhibits outstanding resistance to water, oil, and three-proof (moisture, heat, mold) performance;

It has strong adhesion to the underlying (mid) coat;

Good mechanical and physical properties;

Exceptional weather resistance, withstanding 1000 hours of artificial aging and over 10 years of outdoor use.

Application Used for long-term protection and decoration on steel structures of large bridges, port machinery, engineering machinery, containers, ships, gas storage tanks, storage tanks, high-pressure spherical tanks, hydropower stations, substations, transmission towers, chimneys, aviation markers, and other surfaces requiring durable protection.
